F4 racing driver, 17, collides with another car in shocking dashcam footage broadcast live on TV

• British F4 racing driver Billy Monger, 17, was airlifted to hospital on Sunday
• He  into Finnish driver Patrik Pasma's vehicle during a race at Donington Park
• Pasma's car was stopped on the track when he slammed into the back of it
• Monger was stuck in the vehicle for 90 minutes as ambulances arrived on scene
