Man attacks police officer during arrest in Brisbane

Moment a towering thug dumps a police officer trying to arrest him to the ground - before fleeing with his phone and wallet

• A man is on the run after assaulting a police officer in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane 
• The man had been placed under arrest after he was seen walking across a road  
• Before he could be handcuffed, he lashed out and knocked officer to the ground
• He fled the area on foot, only stopping to regain confiscated phone and wallet
